Award Trophy Design for Impresa e Valore Prize
To design this trophy, I asked myself which archetypal image could immediately represent the productive capacity of this area of Lombardy. This reflection led me to the concept of serial production, which in turn inspired the idea of the mould as a generative element of large-scale manufacturing, a defining characteristic of the Lombard manufacturing district.

Impronta takes the outline of the territories of Milan, Monza-Brianza and Lodi and transforms it into a mould that preserves the ideal trace left by the companies of the district.

As with industrial moulds, Impronta is made entirely of aluminium, a 100% recyclable material, highlighting the connection between manufacturing, innovation and sustainability.
